An attorney's responsibility is to advocate for the client. My responsibility is to help develop the facts upon which that advocacy is based.

I bring more than three decades of investigative experience to the attorney-investigator relationship, including Major Crimes, Internal Affairs, interviewing, evidence development, police union labor representation, training, and specialized investigations.

I understand the pressures of litigation and the importance of providing counsel with information that is accurate, relevant, timely, and obtained through professional investigative practices.

Whether the assignment involves locating and interviewing a witness, examining an investigative gap, developing an alternative theory, evaluating conflicting statements, investigating a self-defense claim, or simply determining what additional facts may exist, I work as an independent investigative resource for counsel.

I do not replace the attorney's judgment. I provide the investigative work and independent perspective that can help the attorney make better-informed decisions.
