 My career has placed me in those environments from multiple perspectives- as an investigator, Senior Detective, Internal Affairs investigator, instructor and police union labor representative. Those experiences developed my ability to conduct sensitive interviews, evaluate conflicting accounts, recognize organizational dynamics, and remain objective when the facts are disputed.
