At TWS Investigations, I believe effective investigative work begins with knowing what to investigate, how to investigate it, and when specialized experience can make a difference.
My practice is intentionally focused on investigations where my 32 years of law-enforcement experience, including Major Crimes, Internal Affairs, specialized investigative experience, investigative interviewing, SWAT, defensive tactics instruction, and police union labor representation can provide meaningful value to attorneys, organizations, and private clients.
I do not try to be every type of private investigator. I focus on matters where independent fact-finding, experienced interviewing, analytical thinking ,and an understanding of how investigations are conducted from multiple perspectives can benefit the client.
A good investigator knows not only what to investigate- but what not to do.
I provide investigative services focused primarily on:
I do not attempt to compete with investigators who specialize in routine or general investigative services. My practice is deliberately focused on the types of investigations where my experience and specialized background provide the greatest value.
My objective is not to accept every assignment. It is to accept the right assignments- and conduct them with independence, integrity, discretion, and a commitment to the facts.
If you have an investigative matter that may benefit from this experience, I welcome the opportunity to discuss it.
